Xtra mail setup on iPhone

iPhone guide to setup Xtra mail
5 Choose 'Add mail account', and enter the following information:
Name: your own name
Email: your Xtra email address
Password: your Xtra email password
Description: a personal description
6 Choose pop3 and enter the following details under 'Incoming mail server':
Hostname: pop3.xtra.co.nz
Username: your Xtra email address
Password: your Xtra email password
7 Under 'Outgoing mail server' enter the details below and choose 'next':
Hostname: send.xtra.co.nz
Username: your Xtra email address
Password: your Xtra email password
8 Choose 'Done' at the top right and restart the iPhone to activate the settings.
Congratulations, your account is now set up. Open the mail app to use your account.

Outgoing xtra has stopped on both iPad and iPhone. Incoming ok and so haven’t touched any settings
